Flood Modeller by Jacobs
Summary
Revitalising the Flood Modeller brand identity to align with the new parent brand identity, and simplifying the product's identity and various platforms.
Problem statement
The Flood Modeller team were initially hesitant to change their products' status quo, and their existing visuals were overly technical and complicated. This was a common issue in the water management industry. I saw an opportunity to simplify the brand identity and various platforms within the Flood Modeller product for the version 5.0 launch.

Core customer needs
Simplicity – Users need a brand identity that is easy to understand and visually appealing.
Differentiation – Users are looking for a brand that stands out from competitors and has a unique visual identity.
My concept development involved exploring various ideas and experimenting with 3D assets to create 2D-style vector graphics, such as the ribbon effect used in the brand collateral.
Learnings

Expansion – Flood Modeller is already looking to launch new products and I will be supporting them in the near future.
